Application expansion tank heating system
As we all know, the heating system and domestic hot water system, the water will swell when heated, the thermal expansion is inevitable and quite intense natural phenomena.
In actual use, the water can not be compressed, a certain amount of water molecules unless it is under great pressure in order to be compressed into a smaller volume. In the case of any vessel is completely filled with water and atmospheric air pressure will rise rapidly when heated, if the pressure continues to rise, the container will explode, sometimes very serious consequences.
To prevent this from happening, all of the heating system and domestic hot water systems are required to install the appropriate equipment to accommodate the volume of water upon heating increases. In the system open to the atmosphere, such as non-pressure water tank, its upper extra space to accommodate an increased volume. In a more typical closed heating system to provide water heating expansion space required by a device called a separate expansion tank is now commonly used is a diaphragm-type expansion tank, below we put a diaphragm expansion vessels called expansion tank. One side of the diaphragm expansion tank is filled with pressurized air, water system to accommodate expansion of the volume of the other side. When the system enters the expansion water inside the tank, the diaphragm bending stress, pre-filled air is compressed.
